Recruitment for a Leading Toronto Branch

Now a few months running, we’re seeing great success with the premium recruitment program we’ve built for a leading Toronto branch.

The firm is currently expanding within Canada, and the manager of this rapidly-growing branch saw the need for a stronger recruitment initiative — something he had little time for.

We were able to define the branch’s unique culture and benefits through a number of print and online deliverables, while staying on board with the regulatory compliance of the larger firm. This allowed the branch to communicate  to successful advisors the specific advantages of joining the branch.

As part of the ATF Monthly Recruitment Tactic™, we are using these materials to target individual advisors and arrange weekly appointments with the Branch Manager.
