Taking the Heavy Lifting out of Video Development

Blahnik Investment Group is proud to be a part of the Raymond James independent network. In fact, Jon Blahnik believes independence opened doors that eventually led to his appointment to the Forbes Best-in-State Wealth Advisors list. 

That’s why it was so important for the team to communicate the value of unbiased, straightforward advice when we launched their new website earlier this year. With a video to illustrate the concept, they could convey the full value that independence represents to their clients. Video development, however, is such a highly laborious process of design, content, animation, audio and editing, that even a few minutes of run time would take considerable investment. 

So the Blahnik team decided to take advantage of AdvisorBranding’s video creative program, in which they could take core elements of an existing video on independence and have it customized to reflect their brand. 

By incorporating team imagery, logo work and other details into a pre-built video, we were able to provide a polished deliverable that was consistent with the style and quality of their current brand, at a fraction of the original cost. 

For other teams, the question of video development is more than a once-in-a-while consideration. Especially with in-person client contact reduced over the last 18 months, vlogs and video updates are gaining popularity as a method of getting in front of clients. In this case, setting up a camera to record a few minutes of commentary is manageable for many—it’s the graphic elements, editing and uploading that often create issues and take up time. 

To take the heavy lifting out of the process, the video creative program also enables us to take weekly or monthly commentary footage and develop it into a brand-consistent video with smooth transitions, intros and outros, and captions.
