Michael Nedreski began his career in 1988 and over the past three decades has built up White Oak Wealth Partners into a robust independent firm. Starting out in insurance, he steadily expanded his knowledge base through mentorship, formal certifications, practical experience and a commitment to self-education. Mike has earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®) designation conferred by the College for Financial Planning and is an active member of the Financial Services Institute (FSI), Financial Planning Association (FPA), and Forum 400. He is recognized both locally and nationally as an industry leader among his peers.

As Vice President and Director of Business Development, Amy Nedreski is responsible for the network of meaningful, long-lasting client and professional relationships that make up White Oak Wealth Partners. Joining her husband Michael at White Oak in 2012, Amy has over 25 years of experience in business development and client service.

Beginning his career in the financial services industry in 2017, Travis Bert is an Independent Wealth Coach and Paraplanner with particular expertise in addressing the needs of high-net-worth individuals and entrepreneurs. He has a bachelor’s degree in business management from the University of Pittsburgh at Bradford, holds the FINRA Series 7 registration with LPL Financial and has earned the Series 66 registration with Gladstone Institutional Advisory, LLC. He is also licensed to offer life, health, and long-term care insurance.

As Director of Client Services for the past 10 years, Tiffany Grinder oversees the firm’s day-to-day operations and fulfills the team’s commitment to proactive service, adaptive planning, and sophisticated financial and investment strategies. She is also central to client communication and relationship management. Since 2007, Tiffany has held roles in client service, consistently creating positive experiences for the clients she serves. At White Oak, a family-owned business, her goal is to make each client feel like a member of the family.
